Job summary

Mass General Brigham's Newton-Wellesley Hospital seeks a Virtual Monitor Tech / Float PCA to join our 40-hour night shift team. Under RN supervision, the PCA assists with clinical tasks to support a safe, compassionate care environment at the Newton-Wellesley site.

The role requires CNA/PCT/MA/EMT certification or equivalent experience; nursing students in BSN or direct-entry programs may qualify. Onsite, full-time, competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Certification as a CNA, PCT, MA, EMT or commensurate experience required.
• Nursing students enrolled in BSN or direct-entry programs may qualify.
• Onsite clinical support experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Under the direction of a registered/licensed nurse, assist in clinical support functions.
• Promote a safe, compassionate patient care environment.
• Contribute to the interdisciplinary health care team as a PCA.
