Job summary

The Brigham and Women's Hospital, Inc. is hiring a Patient Care Assistant to support patients with daily living activities and basic health monitoring in onsite care at 75 Francis Street.

Under licensed personnel, you will take vitals, assist with hygiene, mobility, documentation in the medical record, and communicate health concerns to nurses. Requires High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred; BLS, CMA, CNA, LNA preferred; 0-1 year experience preferred; night shift; 36 hours weekly; pay

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.
• Experience 0-1 year preferred.
• BLS, CMA, CNA, LNA certifications preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and patient care basics.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living.
• Take and record vital signs and basic health data.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility.
• Ensure accurate documentation in the medical record.
• Report health concerns to nurses and licensed staff.
