Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Current BLS certification required and CNA in state of practice for new hires.
• Working knowledge of medical terminology and computer literacy recommended.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine patient care to promote comfort and contribute to the plan of care.
• Collect patient data, vital signs, I/O and document in medical records.
• Assist with activities of daily living and mobility.
• Perform basic procedures and assist with tasks under supervision (EKG, foley removal, specimens).
• Support unit operations with receptionist/clerical duties and charting.
