Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Schedule and register patients for inpatient, outpatient, and emergency care.
• Perform scheduling, pre-certification and benefit verification.
• Explain hospital policies and financial responsibilities to patients and obtain signatures.
• Enter accurate demographic and financial data into the EPIC system.
• Determine estimated patient responsibility based on verified benefits and deductibles.
• Coordinate with physicians, nursing, and staff to ensure proper patient entry.
