Qualificações

• Experience in registration, insurance verification, and payment collection is preferred.
• Excellent customer service and problem escalation/resolution skills are necessary.

Responsabilidades

• Register patients and verify insurance information.
• Collect payments for financial responsibilities from patients.
• Gather and scan required documents; capture signatures on consent forms.
• Refer patients to Patient Financial Services for Medicaid/financial aid applications.
• Manage account billing after insurance verification, ensuring customer service standards.
