fairlife, LLC in Coopersville, MI is seeking a Night Shift Processing Operator to perform multiple processing roles including Separation Operator, RO Milk Operator, Membrane Operator, Pre Batching Operator, UHT Operator and CIP Operator when the operator is absent. The role operates Tetra Aldose, Alsafe and UHT pasteurization equipment following GMPs, with a rotating 2-2-3 schedule and every other weekend.

Qualifications

• Must work in a safe, efficient manner and follow all safety procedures.
• Must be able to troubleshoot small problems and know when to seek input from higher levels.
• Must be willing to ask for assistance when the process is unclear.
• High School diploma or GED required; strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate Tetra Aldose, Alsafe and UHT pasteurization equipment following GMPs.
• Monitor and maintain process controls and document recordings.
• Daily cleaning of processing equipment incl. CIP and COP operations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management and train team members.
