Job summary

fairlife, LLC is seeking a safe and reliable processing operator to support our production line in Michigan. You will operate mixing and batching systems, monitor controls, take lab samples, and ensure GMP compliance.

Physical duties include handling 50 lb bags and shift flexibility as needed. Qualified candidates have a high school diploma or GED, strong English communication, basic math, and the ability to work safely in a fast-paced environment; non-exempt status with eligible bonus

Qualifications

• Must work in a safe, efficient manner following safety procedures.
• Ability to troubleshoot small problems and seek guidance when needed.
• High School diploma or GED required; proficient in English reading/writing.
• Basic computational skills and simple math reasoning.
• Must be able to lift and dump 50 lb bags and operate equipment after break-in.

Responsibilities

• Operate the Tetra Almix and batching systems safely and accurately.
• Take lab samples for testing and perform final batch calculations.
• Maintain process controls and document parameters during operation.
• Clean processing equipment including CIP/COP daily.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
