Job summary

Qualifications

• 4+ years in manufacturing/operations with 2+ years in supervisory role.
• cGMP standards and FDA guidelines for production.
• STEM degree or certification.
• Aseptic filling, single-use assemblies, isolator technology.
• Experience with highly automated equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead start-up and operations for PAR area during project phase.
• Train on equipment use and develop proficiency.
• Develop inclusive culture and ensure qualified staffing.
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance; supervise lines.
