Job summary

Eli Lilly and Company is building a new Concord, North Carolina campus to scale parenteral manufacturing. The Parenteral Lead Operator will drive startup activities, become the subject matter expert for the PAR area, and lead training of new staff to sustain continuous supply of medicines.

In this on-site role, you will manage operations to meet production plans, troubleshoot issues, and uphold our safety-first, quality-centric mindset across the site.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with automated equipment in a GMP/cleanroom environment.
• Minimum 3 months leadership experience and ability to train staff.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; Lilly will not sponsor visas.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Parenteral (PAR) area during startup and ongoing operations.
• Operate and troubleshoot aseptic manufacturing processes to meet production schedules.
• Train and develop shift operators, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Coordinate daily activities to meet capacity plans and support cross-functional teams.
