Job summary

Lilly is seeking an Operations Supervisor to support start‑up activities for the Parenteral (PAR) area and then lead PAR operations teams after turnover. You will train staff, ensure safety, quality, and staffing levels, and drive continuous improvement in a highly automated manufacturing environment.

The role requires supervisory experience, strong communication skills, and a solid background in GMP practices.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent.
Prior supervisory experience.
Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and ability to handle and prioritize multiple requests.
Strong technical aptitude and ability to train and mentor others.
A valid driver’s license.
Qualified applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities

Support start‑up activities to bring the PAR area into service.
Lead PAR operations teams after turnover, ensuring safety and quality standards.
