Job summary

Lilly is building a new Concord, North Carolina campus to increase parenteral manufacturing capacity. As Parenteral (PAR) Lead Operator you will support startup activities, become the area expert, and train staff while ensuring continuous supply of medicines through efficient operation and cross-functional collaboration.

Post‑launch, you will run the process, troubleshoot issues, and drive safety and quality above all.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 5+ years of experience with automated equipment in GMP/cleanroom environment.
• 3+ months of leadership experience and ability to train team members.
• 3+ months experience with computers (MS Office, HMI, EBR).
• Authorized to work in the United States full-time; visa sponsorship not provided.
• STEM degree or certification preferred.
• Able to communicate effectively (written, electronic, verbal).
• Flexible troubleshooting skills for manufacturing challenges.
• Knowledge of aseptic filling, isolator tech and single-use assemblies.
• Experience with GMP, MES/EBR, and manufacturing operations.
• Lean/Six Sigma and continuous improvement experience.
• SAP and electronic batch records familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Lead the PAR equipment and process; train new staff.
• Operate and troubleshoot to ensure continuous supply of medicines.
• Coordinate daily activities to meet capacity plans and develop the team.
