Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in a GMP environment is required.
• Ability to lead and train teams on manufacturing operations.
• Strong interpersonal and written/oral communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and prioritization abilities.
• Proficiency with desktop software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead start-up activities for Parenteral (PAR) area readiness and ensure safety and quality systems are followed.
• Develop and implement area documentation, work instructions, and training plans.
• Supervise line leaders and operators, ensuring adequate staffing and compliance.
• Foster an inclusive culture and technical proficiency across multiple manufacturing lines.
• Investigate deviations and support root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Collaborate to achieve cGMP conformance and manufacturing excellence.
