Job summary

Lilly is expanding its Concord, North Carolina campus with a Parenteral (PAR) Lead Operator role to support start-up activities for aseptic isolation and training of staff. You will become the expertise for the PAR area and lead the training of new team members.

Post-startup, you will ensure continuous supply by running the process, troubleshooting, and collaborating cross-functionally, while developing the team for future leadership and technical roles.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience with automated equipment in GMP/cleanroom.
• At least 3 months of leadership experience and ability to train team members.
• Proficient with computers and standard desktop software; familiarity with electronic batch records.
• Authorized to work in the United States full-time without sponsorship.
• STEM degree or certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site leadership on manufacturing floor for safety, quality and productivity.
• Administer technical training and ensure operators are trained to perform tasks.
• Run equipment and execute activities to meet production schedules.
• Support site leadership and collaborate cross-functionally to meet capacity plans.
• Drive improvements in safety, deviations reduction, and productivity.
