Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and/or at least 1 year of production experience.
• Ability to work safely around moving mechanical equipment.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks with attention to product quality and packaging specifications.
• Ability to work mandatory overtime as required by production needs.
• Ability to perform the physical requirements of the position, including standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cardboard cartons and trays for packing by folding, taping, sorting, labeling, and securing cartons.
• Inspect finished product packaging for accuracy and quality.
• Pack and palletize products according to specifications.
• Identify and remove non-conforming products and report issues.
• Maintain 5S cleanliness and safety in the work area.
• Operate pallet jack and assist with equipment changeovers as needed.
