Job summary

The Campbell's Company in Franklin, Wisconsin is seeking a night-shift Packer to ensure finished products are packaged accurately, safely, and ready for shipment. You will prepare packaging materials, inspect finished goods, and maintain a clean, organized production area.

As part of a dynamic production team, you will work with Machine Operators, Group Leaders, and Supervisors to support quality, safety, and efficiency. Overtime may be required based on production needs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and/or 1 year of production experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work safely around moving mechanical equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining attention to product quality and packaging specifications.
• Ability to follow safety, hygiene, sanitation, housekeeping, and 5S procedures.
• Ability to work mandatory overtime as required by production needs.
• Ability to perform the physical requirements including standing, lifting up to 50 lbs, and climbing as described.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cardboard cartons and trays for packing by folding, taping, sorting, labeling, and securing cartons.
• Ensure tape guns and equipment supplies are ready for use.
• Perform visual inspections of finished product packaging for accuracy and quality.
• Identify and remove products not meeting specifications and communicate concerns.
• Fill cartons and displays according to packaging specs and verify labels.
• Stack cartons and trays on pallets following required patterns.
• Use pallet jack to move finished goods.
• Maintain clean and organized work area per 5S.
