The Campbell's Company in Franklin, Wisconsin is hiring a Packer for the night shift. You will prepare packaging materials, inspect products, and package finished goods for shipment. This role requires attention to quality, safety, and efficient packing practices to keep production moving.

Responsibilities include assembling cartons, labeling correctly, and using pallet jacks to move finished goods. Strong attendance and punctuality are essential for shift schedules and overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and/or at least 1 year of production experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work safely around moving mechanical equipment in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks with attention to product quality and packaging specifications.
• Ability to work mandatory overtime as required by production needs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cardboard cartons and trays for packing by folding, taping, sorting, labeling, and securing cartons.
• Inspect finished product packaging for accuracy, dates, seals, and correct labels.
• Stack cartons and trays on pallets using the specified stacking pattern.
• Operate pallet jack and packaging equipment as needed to move finished goods.
