Job summary

Campbell's is seeking a night-shift Packer in Franklin, WI. You will prepare cartons, inspect packaging, and palletize finished goods. The role requires safety, good attendance, and the ability to perform physical tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Starting pay is 18.60 USD per hour, with overtime as needed and a 12-hour 2-2-3 schedule; weekend work is required on a rotating basis. HS diploma or GED and 1 year production experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required and/or one year of production experience.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks safely.
• Experience with 5S and housekeeping practices is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cartons and trays for packing, folding, taping, labeling, and securing them.
• Inspect finished product packaging for accuracy, seals, dates and labels.
• Stack cartons on pallets and move finished goods with a pallet jack where needed.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and follow safety procedures.
