Qualifications

• Must work safely in a manufacturing environment with food safety requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify product and packaging defects.
• Follow written instructions, packaging specifications, and procedures.
• Perform repetitive work while maintaining quality.
• Work effectively in a fast-paced team environment and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cartons, trays, and displays for packaging per specifications.
• Verify tape guns and equipment have supplies and function properly.
• Perform visual inspections of finished packaging for accuracy and integrity.
• Pack products and apply accurate labels according to specs.
• Operate pallet jacks and move finished goods safely as needed.
• Maintain clean, organized work area and follow 5S.
• Assist with sanitation, equipment changeovers, and start-up readiness.
