Job summary

Altium Packaging is seeking a Production Packaging Associate at our New Castle, PA facility. This entry-level role focuses on proper packaging of materials and finished products, loading and moving materials, and operating packaging equipment while following GMPs.

You will monitor conveyors for jams, inspect bottles for quality, label and package according to customer requirements, stock supplies, and support a safe, efficient production environment with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Basic mathematical skills required.
• Basic computer experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates safe work practices by wearing PPE and following safety policies.
• Punctuality and adherence to work schedule.
• Works well in a team and supports colleagues.
• Keeps the work area neat, clean, and organized.
• Monitors conveyor belts and clears bottle jams.
• Inspects bottle quality during production and packaging.
• Escalates bottle abnormalities and quality issues.
• Maintains inventory and replenishes packaging materials.
• Ensures correct labeling and packaging per customer requirements.
• Moves finished goods to designated area.
• Overtime may be required.
