Job summary

Altium Packaging in New Castle, Pennsylvania, seeks an entry-level Production Packaging Associate to ensure proper packaging of materials and finished products. You will load materials, operate packaging equipment, and follow GMP and safety policies on a 12-hour shift (2-2-3).

Responsibilities include monitoring conveyors, inspecting bottles, labeling, restocking supplies, and keeping the work area clean. Requires basic math and computer skills; a high school diploma or GED is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates safe work practices by wearing correct PPE and following safety policies.
• Maintain inventory levels and restock supplies as needed to facilitate smooth transitions between shifts.
• Monitor conveyor belts and clear bottle jams from lines.
• Inspect the quality of bottles during production, packaging, and labeling.
• Move finished goods to designated area.
• Ensure correct labeling, bottle description and packaging of product in accordance with specific customer requirements.
