Altium Packaging is seeking an entry-level Production Packaging Associate at our New Castle, PA facility. The role involves packaging materials and finished products, loading and moving materials, and operating packaging equipment.

You will follow GMP and maintain clean work areas in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include monitoring conveyors, inspecting bottles for quality, and ensuring accurate labeling and packaging to meet customer requirements.

Formación

• Basic math skills are required.
• Basic computer experience.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Completion of Altium Production/Packaging Associate I training within 90 days of hire.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure proper packaging of materials and finished products.
• Load, move material and operate packaging equipment.
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Maintain a neat, clean, and organized workspace.
• Monitor conveyor belts and clear bottle jams from lines.
• Inspect bottles for quality and perform drop tests as needed.
• Escalate bottle abnormalities and quality issues immediately.
• Monitor and replenish packaging material supplies.
• Ensure correct labeling and packaging per customer requirements.
• Overtime may be required due to business needs.
