Job summary

Altium Packaging is seeking an entry-level Production Packaging Associate in Phoenix. The role involves proper packaging of materials and finished products, loading, moving materials, and operating packaging equipment while following GMP guidelines.

You will monitor belts, inspect bottles, and ensure correct labeling and packaging to meet customer specifications. The position requires basic math and computer skills and includes a 12-hour shift schedule.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates safe work practices by wearing correct PPE and following safety policies.
• Demonstrates punctuality and adheres to work schedule.
• Demonstrates a teamwork attitude by working well and effectively with others.
• Keeps the work area neat, clean, and organized.
• Monitors conveyor belts and clears bottle jams from lines.
• Inspects the quality of bottles during production, packaging, and labeling.
• Performs bottle inspections, such as drop tests for designated lines.
• Move finished goods to designated area.
• Ensure correct labeling, bottle description and packaging of product in accordance with specific customer requirements.
• Maintain inventory levels and restock supplies as needed to facilitate smooth transitions between shifts.
