Job summary

Altium Packaging is seeking an entry-level Production Packaging Associate in Turners Falls, MA. The role involves proper packaging of materials, loading and moving materials, and operating packaging equipment while following GMP. The position supports shift-based production with overtime as needed.

Responsibilities include safety, punctuality, teamwork, quality inspection, labeling accuracy, and maintaining organized workstations. Training is provided within 90 days of hire date.

Qualifications

• Basic mathematical skills required.
• Basic computer experience required.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate safe work practices with PPE and safety policies.
• Be punctual and adhere to the work schedule.
• Work well in a team and with others.
• Follow General Manufacturing Policies.
• Keep the work area neat, clean, and organized.
• Monitor conveyor belts and clear bottle jams.
• Move finished goods to designated areas.
• Ensure correct labeling and packing per customer requirements.
• Set up and organize workstations for efficient shifts.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
