Job summary

Graham Packaging in West Chicago, IL is seeking a Production Specialist for the night shift (6:00 pm–6:00 am, four days one week and three days the next). You will be part of the production team handling packaging, inspection and general factory tasks following GMP and safety guidelines.

You will monitor quality, assist with line changes, maintain clean work areas, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Must be able to maintain regular, predictable, and punctual attendance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with internal and external customers.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and complete assignments within established routines.
• Proficient with basic computer usage and typing.

Responsibilities

• Perform general housekeeping in the production area and assist with packing and case making.
• Visually inspect finished product and ensure cases are properly sealed.
• Support shift handoffs and communicate quality or equipment issues to supervision.
• Operate and troubleshoot case making and packaging equipment as needed.
• Maintain safe, clean, and organized work areas in compliance with GMP and policy.
