Job summary

Graham Packaging Company is seeking a Production Specialist for the night shift in West Chicago, IL. The role focuses on following safety and GMP policies while packing bottles to customer specifications and inspecting finished goods for defects.

You will maintain equipment, assist with line changes, train new staff, and keep accurate records. This position requires reliable attendance, strong communication, and the ability to work under pressure on a fast-paced production line.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety, health, quality GMP policies and company procedures.
• Visually inspect finished product and seal cases properly.
• Pack bottles per customer specifications.
• Notify supervisor of machine or quality issues.
• Maintain glue tanks and perform glue pattern checks.
• Train permanent and temporary workers on packing and case machines.
• Keep area clean and complete required documentation.
