Job summary

Graham Packaging is seeking a Production Specialist for the West Chicago, IL area on 2nd shift (2:00 PM–10:00 PM, Monday–Friday). Responsibilities include housekeeping, packing, case making, inspection, and general line support per GMP guidelines.

Applicants should have manufacturing experience, reliable attendance, and strong communication skills to coordinate with supervisors, team members, and customers."

Qualifications

• Regular, predictable attendance is essential.
• Basic computer usage including typing is required.
• Strong verbal and written communication with internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safe, clean production area and follow GMP policies.
• Pack bottles and inspect finished product for defects.
• Operate case-making equipment and keep glue tanks full.
• Assist in training permanent and temporary staff.
• Communicate issues with quality, machine, and packing configurations.
• Complete required written documentation.
