Job summary

Graham Packaging Company in West Chicago, IL is seeking a Production Specialist for the night shift, 6:00 pm to 6:00 am, four days one week and three days the next.

You will perform housekeeping, packing, case making, inspecting, and other factory tasks in accordance with established procedures and guidelines, following safety and quality requirements. This role supports continuous improvement and requires reliable attendance and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Must maintain regular, punctual attendance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, including with internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

• Maintain general housekeeping of the production area, packing and case making.
• Follow safety and quality GMP policies and company procedures.
• Inspect finished product and ensure cases are sealed and meet specs; pack bottles per customer requirements.
• Assist with rework and downstream equipment as needed and train new staff.
• Keep work area clean, safe and organized; document as required.
