Job summary

Graham Packaging in West Chicago, IL is seeking a Production Specialist for the 3rd shift (10:00 pm–6:00 am, Monday–Friday). The role covers housekeeping, packing, case making, inspection, and other manufacturing tasks under GMP and safety guidelines.

You will learn and follow all company policies while assisting with continuous improvement goals. Strong attention to detail, the ability to work independently or in a team, and effective communication with supervisors and coworkers are essential

Qualifications

• Regular, predictable attendance is required.
• Computer usage and typing skills are essential.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with customers and teammates.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety, GMP, quality policies and procedures.
• Inspect finished product and ensure cases are sealed properly.
• Pack bottles per customer specifications and document outcomes.
• Prevent and communicate potential equipment or quality issues to supervision.
