Graham Packaging Company is seeking a Packaging Specialist for the Evansville, Indiana area. This night-shift position runs 7PM–7AM on a rotating schedule with a weekly pattern.

Responsibilities include case making, packing, inspection, and maintaining safe, compliant production areas according to GMP guidelines. The role requires strong attendance, clear communication, and the ability to work under pressure while delivering quality.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work in a manufacturing environment.
• Excellent communication and attendance records are required.
• Able to interact with managers, employees, vendors and customers.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety, health, quality GMP and company policies.
• Pack, inspect, and housekeep the production area according to procedures.
• Notify supervisor of potential problems with product or machinery.
• Assist in rework and training of regular and temporary staff.
• Complete written documentation as required.
• Limited travel may be required.
