fairlife, LLC is hiring a Packaging Operator - Case Packer (Nights) in Goodyear, AZ to set up, run and monitor labeling, case packing and palletizing lines, ensuring products meet specifications.

You will support safe, efficient operations, follow GMPs, and contribute to a clean, audit-ready packaging area. This non-exempt role offers benefits and opportunities within a growing food company.

Qualifications

• A High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED) is required.
• High School level verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computational skills required. Simple math and reasoning required.
• Must be able to operate the equipment effectively after the appropriate break-in period.
• Must possess or be able to obtain an Industrial Truck Operator License and understand line controls.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety, GMP rules.
• Reports to and follows the directions of the Production Supervisors.
• Operate and adjust packaging equipment to manufacture correctly labeled cases and bottles.
• Observe machine operations to ensure quality and conformity to specifications.
• Inspect cases, shrink wrapped cases, bottles, and carriers to meet finished goods specs.
• Clear jams and report malfunctions to a supervisor.
• Supply packaging materials and maintain the packaging area in audit-ready condition.
• Assist with training of new personnel.
