Job summary

fairlife is seeking a Packaging Operator to set up, change over, operate, and assist with labeling, case packing, blow molding, and palletizing equipment. You will feed materials, monitor quality, and perform basic maintenance while following GMP and safety rules.

You will assist with training and ensure audit-ready packaging areas throughout production. The role requires a High School diploma or GED and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Safety and GMP awareness required.
• Ability to follow safety, GMP rules and procedures.
• Report to Production Supervisors and follow directions.
• Observe machine operations to ensure quality and SOP compliance.
• Assist with training and basic maintenance as needed.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety, GMP and food safety rules.
• Operate and troubleshoot packaging equipment safely.
• Monitor line for quality and adherence to specs.
• Clear jams and adjust process to meet finished goods specs.
• Feed materials to machines and assist with changeovers and cleaning.
• Support training of new personnel and other duties as assigned.
