Qualifications

• PC skills and basic mechanical aptitude required.
• Ability to work 8–12 hour shifts, weekends and overtime.
• Strong communication, decision-making and organizational skills.
• Sponsorship for work authorization is not available.

Responsibilities

• Set up and adjust packaging equipment during shifts.
• Load trays, cartons, and materials into machines as needed.
• Observe machine operations and identify quality before and after packing.
• Read scales to verify weights and adjust machines.
• Follow GMPs and safety rules; maintain clean work areas.
• Collaborate with coworkers and supervisors; meet attendance standards.
• Assist with rewraps and housekeeping tasks.
