Job summary

Richardson International Limited in New Hope, MN is seeking a Machine Operator - Nights at our pasta production facility. Earn $26.48 per hour, with an additional $1.15 per hour for the night shift (11p-7a).

This full-time role requires operating packaging equipment, maintaining quality, and adhering to health and safety procedures. Eligible candidates should be able to work weekends/holidays/overtime, respond to alarms, and communicate with teammates respectfully.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Experience operating machines.
• Experience in a food manufacturing facility.

Responsibilities

• Operate packaging equipment and tote stations according to product specifications, ensuring accurate weights, coding, and product quality.
• Adjust, troubleshoot, clean, inspect, and perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on equipment to support efficient operation.
• Complete and maintain accurate machine logs, downtime records, repair documentation, and work order requests as required.
• Follow all health, safety, and fire prevention procedures and perform other duties as assigned.
