Job summary

TriMas Packaging LLC in Hamilton, IN is seeking a Machine Operator for the 3rd shift (10:00pm-6:00am). The role is on-site with a step progression pay scale starting at $18.28/hour and increasing with tenure.

Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent and manufacturing experience is preferred. Responsibilities include operating assembly machines, inspecting products, and maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate a variety of assembly machines and inspect product to guarantee quality requirements.
• Work on 3rd shift: 10:00pm-6:00am and be on-site 5-6 days at the Hamilton, IN location.
• Maintain safe and healthy work practices by following procedures.
• Operate equipment according to work instructions and adhere to all safety procedures.
• Inspect product and record results as required by Quality Specifications.
• Assist with other tasks as necessary to meet production requirements.
• Report any unsafe conditions to supervision promptly.
