Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Food or beverage industry experience is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Windows Office Suite, Adobe Illustrator, TOPS, JD Edwards, and Spec Management Systems.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Packaging Operators and packaging lines operate efficiently and effectively.
• Coordinate movement of product between manufacturing and warehousing with Material Expediters and staff.
• Release work orders to packing lines based on packaging schedule.
• Assign labor to packing lines based on schedule and capabilities.
• Serve as a trainer when needed and cover shifts as supervisor during vacations.
