Job summary

Revance seeks a Packaging Technician in Johnson City, TN, to assist in managing filling/packaging activities for multiple products. This onsite role requires night shifts (Sun–Thu, 11PM–7:30AM) and a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency.

You will lead packaging operations, review batch records, and ensure SOP adherence while training staff to maintain product quality and throughput in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 1-2 years' experience in a manufacturing facility.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with people from all backgrounds.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and organizational skills.
• Basic math skills
• Consistent and punctual attendance
• Proficient in using standard computer software and hardware
• Must be quality driven with good attention to detail but also be able to work in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintains safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel in following policies and procedures.
• Leads the packaging/filling rooms and coordinate activities of workers engaged in filling and packaging products.
• Evaluate and improve work processes resolving problem areas.
• Ensure product quality through a commitment to SOP adherence and training of staff.
• Assist in staffing the production areas and ensure employees demonstrate a commitment to maximizing efficiency and productivity.
• Reviews batch record entries
• Calculate yield for finished goods
• Keep production process flowing smoothly
• Conform to all cGMP procedures and Standard Operating Procedures
• Other duties as assigned
