Job summary

Revance is seeking a packaging/shipping technician for its plant operations in the United States. This role maintains the supply of products and packaging materials for packaging lines, ensuring accurate batch readiness and labeling.

It requires attention to detail, strong math skills, and effective communication to minimize downtime on a fast-paced production floor. The position reports to the Senior Warehouse & Logistics Manager and is a night shift (Sun - Thurs 11:00 PM - 07:30 AM) in a plant

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
• Good math skills
• Knowledge and experience working in a production team environment
• Highly motivated, conscientious, self-managed team player
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Able to work in a fast paced environment
• Strong problem solving skills
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work 2nd Shift and overtime as needed

Responsibilities

• Verify proper components and quantities staged for batch production
• Communicate discrepancies to minimize downtime
• Maintain adequate supply of packaging components throughout operation
• Maintain production time records for each packaging line
• Verify legible shipper labels
• Verify correct pallet stacking pattern
• Move completed skids/containers using pallet jack or lift truck
• Ensure each pallet is shrink wrapped
• Prepare and maintain accurate documentation
• Assist packaging department with other duties
• Use Ross system
