Job summary

Revance in Johnson City, TN is seeking a Packaging Technician to assist in managing the filling and packaging of products on a weekend shift. This onsite role reports to the Packaging Supervisor and supports the packaging team in a fast-paced pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities include leading filling and packaging activities, ensuring SOP adherence, maintaining quality, and supporting staffing and production flow.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 1-2 years' experience in a manufacturing facility.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with people from all backgrounds.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and organizational skills.
• Basic math skills.
• Consistent and punctual attendance.
• Proficient in using standard computer software and hardware.
• Must be quality driven with good attention to detail but also be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Evaluate and improve work processes resolving problem areas

• Reviews batch record entries
• Calculate yield for finished goods
• Keep production process flowing smoothly
• Conform to all cGMP procedures and Standard Operating Procedures
• Other duties as assigned

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

This position requires extended periods of standing and walking on a manufacturing floor environment. Protective equipment (safety glasses, hearing protection, gowning) must be worn as required. The role operates in a temperature-controlled pharmaceutical manufacturing facility. Occasional lifting of up to 30 lbs may be required. Must be available to respond to critical shift issues outside of scheduled hours on an as-needed basis.
