Job summary

This role requires a 3-year manufacturing background with at least 1-year supervisory experience; a Bachelor's in manufacturing is preferred; strong leadership and ERP/MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree in manufacturing management or related field preferred.
• 3 years of manufacturing experience with 1 year supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise employees; schedule; train on GMP, safety, and company policies.
• Monitor equipment settings and operations to maintain standards and functionality.
• Control process standards across slicing, packaging, and coding.
• Coordinate material supply to meet production requirements.
• Complete process control and quality documentation timely.
• Generate reports on production metrics such as productivity and downtime.
• Provide guidance and disciplinary actions to maintain a safe, sanitary, and productive environment.
• Address and resolve employee issues at the initial stage.
