Job summary

You will monitor equipment, manage packaging and coding, coordinate material supply, prepare reports on productivity and downtime, and collaborate across departments to meet production goals while maintaining a safe, sanitary environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of manufacturing experience.
• At least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in manufacturing mgmt or related field.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills required.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise employees; schedule; train on GMP, safety, and company policies.
• Monitor equipment settings to ensure proper operation and adherence to standards.
• Control process standards across slicing, packaging, and coding.
• Coordinate material supply to meet production needs.
• Complete process quality and QA documentation accurately and on time.
• Continuously improve production processes to boost efficiency and reduce waste.
• Prepare and submit required reports and maintain records.
• Communicate with department heads on performance, equipment, and safety.
• Report maintenance and sanitation issues promptly for resolution.
• Generate regular production metrics reports (productivity, downtime, quality).
• Provide guidance and disciplinary action when necessary.
• Address employee issues promptly and collaboratively with other departments.
