Job summary

Sazerac Co. in Maryland is seeking an operations leader to supervise daily bottling and processing, ensuring production schedules, quality standards, and a strong safety culture while driving efficiency.

You will coach frontline teams, lead continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives, coordinate resources and equipment readiness, and collaborate across departments in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Schedule: Mon-Thu 4pm-3am with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1+ years of relevant operations leadership experience.
• Experience in alcohol beverage or CPG industry is a plus.
• Proven ability to lead teams in manufacturing environments.
• Experience supporting CI or cost-reduction initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily bottling and/or processing operations to meet schedules and quality standards.
• Lead and develop frontline team members through coaching and feedback.
• Promote a strong safety culture and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives to enhance efficiency.
• Coordinate resources, inventory, and equipment readiness to support operations.
