Job summary

Sazerac is seeking an onsite Production Supervisor for our New Albany, IN facility. The role operates on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule with hours from 6:45pm to 7:00am, and focuses on leading daily bottling operations, safety, quality, and team development.

You will collaborate with maintenance, quality, and leadership teams to optimize line performance and drive continuous improvement across production lines.

Qualifications

Job Description/Responsibilities

This shift will an onsite position (New Albany, IN) on arotating 2-2-3 schedule with the hours of 6:45pm-7am.

This position is responsible for leading daily bottling operations, ensuring safety, quality, productivity, and employee engagement across assigned production lines. The Production Supervisor serves as a hands-on leader who develops team members, drives continuous improvement initiatives, and helps create a culture focused on operational excellence.

Qualifications/Requirements

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
• Ability to analyze production data and make sound operational decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred:

• 2 years of experience in manufacturing, production, or operating environment
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to moving mechanical equipment, elevated noise levels, and varying temperatures.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
