Job summary

Sazerac is seeking a Bottling Manager at Barton 1792 Distillery. You will oversee multiple high-speed bottling lines, drive safety, quality, and efficiency, and develop supervisory teams.

The role supports continuous improvement across 24/7 operations and requires flexibility across shifts. Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in manufacturing leadership, with experience in lean manufacturing and union environments preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of manufacturing/production/operations leadership experience.
• Experience leading and coaching teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead bottling operations to safely meet production targets and quality standards.
• Coach Bottling Supervisors and production teams to drive performance and engagement.
• Monitor metrics to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and increase throughput.
• Collaborate with Maintenance, Quality, Safety, Engineering, and NPD teams to achieve operational excellence.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives and capital projects.
