Job summary

Sazerac, via The Glenmore Distillery in Owensboro, seeks a Bottling Supervisor to lead bottling lines, ensure production schedules meet safety, quality and regulatory guidelines, and coordinate maintenance actions.

You will train and supervise line staff, drive continuous improvement, maintain product quality, and ensure on-time, defect-free shipments. This night shift (6pm–6am, 4 on/4 off) offers competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years related experience.
• Demonstrated leadership skills.
• Proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversees bottling lines to meet production schedules within safety, quality, budgetary and regulatory guidelines.
• Coordinates necessary maintenance actions to maintain production quality and efficiency.
• Trains and supervises bottling line employees to improve skills and performance.
• Enforces OSHA and company safety regulations; supports safety program.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities; improve yields and throughput.
• Ensure defect-free products are produced and shipped on time.
