Job summary

FedEx Supply Chain is seeking a qualified Operations Supervisor in Edwardsville, IL for the 3rd shift. You will lead daily warehouse operations, supervise direct reports, and ensure safety, quality, and efficiency KPIs are met.

Responsibilities include staffing decisions, reporting, and cross-functional communication to maintain smooth workflows and excellent customer service under high-pressure conditions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (or military rank equivalent).
• Experience leading a team in a warehouse or supply chain environment preferred.
• Strong organizational, analytical and communication capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise at least two full-time direct reports, including hiring recommendations and performance management.
• Oversee daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse production activities.
• Prepare and distribute operational reports to support day-to-day activities.
• Ensure schedules are implemented correctly and jobs are assigned and completed.
