Job summary

Sterigenics U.S. LLC is seeking a qualified Operator to coordinate all activities on the conveyor, load and unload product, and assist with dosimeter handling under supervision. The role focuses on accurate record-keeping, safety, and adherence to procedures in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities include operating the irradiation process, preparing dosimeters, and ensuring documentation is complete. This entry-level position requires reliable shifts, lifting ability, and basic computer

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be able to read, write and speak fluent English.
• Basic math with whole numbers, fractions and decimals.
• Must be able to read a tape measure.
• Willingness to work established shifts.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive bending.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Computer skills desirable.

Responsibilities

• Record input, dosimeter and unload information in the computer.
• Load and unload product into totes that are sterilized through an irradiation machine.
• Prepare dosimeters for work orders scheduled to be run.
• Operate and read the dosimeter reader.
• Assemble processed dosimeters with run data sheet and load/unload sheets.
• Follow emergency procedures and report system problems to supervisor.
• Replace designated mechanical components when needed and assist maintenance.
• Assist with other tasks as assigned.
