Job summary

CSG seeks an Operations Manager for the Night Shift to oversee daily production and service delivery within the Design and Delivery Center (DDC) and ensure client commitments are met while driving operational excellence.

The role requires at least 10+ years in production leadership, experience in fast-paced settings, and the ability to work nights with on-call duties. Strong Excel and basic math skills, plus English in a business environment, are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10+ years of production leadership experience.
• Experience in fast-paced environments with ability to assess situations and decide quickly.
• Night shift with on-call responsibilities.
• Proficient with Excel and basic math.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily work processes, procedures, volumes, and deadlines for the department.
• Ensure production and service delivery meets client commitments while driving operational excellence and financial performance.
• Escalate production and client issues and collaborate with Sales, Client Services, IS/Development, Marketing Services, Finance, Supply Chain, and Postal Affairs to deliver high-quality, on-time outputs.
• Build, coach, and develop high-performing teams and evolve the DDC operating model.
• Monitor departments daily and report inefficiencies and successes.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and safe working environments.
• Adhere to contractual SLA & OLA standards with proper escalation and documentation.
