Job summary

Curia is seeking a Manager, Production Operations for the Springfield, MO night shift to lead Production Supervisors and drive safe, compliant execution of manufacturing activities. The role partners with the Associate Director of Production to develop leaders, address performance issues, and promote accountability across shifts.

The ideal candidate will use data and practical cGMP knowledge to identify root causes and implement improvements in safety, quality, and operational performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5–8 years of manufacturing experience in a cGMP environment.
• Proven leadership overseeing supervisors and teams.
• Experience with continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Thorough knowledge of current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).
• Ability to analyze data and perform root-cause analysis.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and manage change.
• Strong organizational and prioritization abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Production Supervisors across shifts.
• Ensure safety, quality, compliance, and schedule execution.
• Support staffing, attendance, performance, and employee relations with HR.
• Oversee daily production activities and staffing.
• Monitor performance metrics and drive improvements.
• Lead investigations, CAPAs, deviations and validation activities.
• Author and review SOPs and controlled documents.
• Prepare for customer visits and regulatory inspections.
• Ensure compliant documentation and equipment readiness.
