Ocean Spray in Aberdeen, WA is seeking an Operations Supervisor for the night shift (4:00PM–4:00AM) on a 2‑2‑3 schedule with rotating weekends off. You will train and coach team members, lead continuous improvement projects, and ensure safe, FSQA‑compliant operations while coordinating across departments.

The role requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 3–5 years of supervisory manufacturing experience, and excellent communication, problem‑solving and change‑management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 3-5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong communication, conflict resolution, and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead team members to accomplish plant objectives and train/coach staff.
• Develop flexible production plans and manage personnel workflow.
• Maintain safe, compliant operations and FSQA initiatives.
• Lead continuous improvement projects and cross‑department cooperation.
• Schedule and assign personnel; monitor progress and report results.
• Support administrative tasks and manage performance reviews.
