Job summary

MANE is seeking an Operations Supervisor for a night 2-2-3 rotation shift to lead the capsule department. You will ensure safety, quality, and on-time production, while coaching staff and enforcing SOPs.

Collaborate with planning, QA, R&D, and maintenance to deliver customer-ready products daily. The role requires 3–5 years of supervisory experience in flavor manufacturing, strong math skills, and proficiency with manufacturing equipment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Logistics, Engineering, Business or Management preferred.
• Supervisory experience 3–5 years preferred; flavor manufacturing experience 2+ years preferred.
• Understanding of supply chain activities.
• Working knowledge of equipment such as homogenizers, centrifuges, filter presses and pumps.

Responsibilities

• Oversee capsule department and ensure safety, quality, and lead-time targets are met.
• Provide leadership and coaching; implement performance management processes.
• Collaborate with Technical Team to deliver on-time, quality products for customers.
• Ensure GMP, Food Safety, quality procedures, and regulatory requirements are followed.
• Manage production activities to satisfy orders and maintain efficiency and cost targets.
